Welcome to Nicole and Matt Peterson's website.We began this site to keep everyone informed of our wedding plans but it has become a place where we can post photos of our trips and other important things. We were married on December 14th, 2003 in Nuevo Vallarta The latest trip was Matt's solo surf trip back to Costa Rica to surf with Shane, one of the guys that we met when we were at Witches Rock Surf Camp last July. Shane put together a group of folks and invited Matt and some of Shane's friends. The week-long trip was Matt's "spring break" and a chance to spend a week surfing in paradise. Nicole recently (March 1, 2005) took a job at NC State, she's Director of the Parent's Fund at NC State and is already travelling to conferences and developing a Parent's Board. Matt is in his second year of coaching the Men's lacrosse team at NC State. He's starting a page dedicated to writing about his experiences. We went to Mexioc in December to celebrate our one year anniversary near Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at the Mayan Palace in Riviera Maya, a bit south of Cancun. Our summer 2004 news is Harry's Wedding. We have the pictures (link to the left) to prove it happened. We went to Costa Rica for a vacation in July of 2004. We've posted a trip report and a lot of pictures.
